The objective of this initiative is to facilitate workers in accessing grant benefits through a streamlined online system, ensuring ease of use from their homes without the need for physical visits or queuing. To this end, the Management Information System (MIS) has been specially developed and tailored to meet these requirements, serving as a vital and effective asset in enhancing service delivery.

Customizing the system to align with internal and external claim processes was a major challenge for the IT section. Ensuring seamless synchronization between WWF's revenue streams and benefit disbursement required careful planning and execution. However, with its successful implementation, the system is now widely appreciated, providing a user-friendly experience for workers and authorized stakeholders.
