Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Workers Welfare Fund (WWF) public website and the Management Information System (MIS). By accessing or using either platform, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the websites and any associated services is subject to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately. By continuing to use the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Website" refers to the public Workers Welfare Fund website and any associated web pages.
  • "MIS" refers to the Management Information System portal (mis.wwf.gov.pk), including associated applications, mobile apps, and authenticated services.
  • "WWF" refers to Workers Welfare Fund, under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Government of Pakistan.
  • "User" refers to any visitor, registrant, worker, company representative, school administrator, or stakeholder accessing the Website or MIS.
  • "Services" refers to all services provided through the Website and MIS, including grant applications, claim processing, and related administrative functions.

3. Use of the Website

The public Website is provided for informational and service-oriented purposes, including access to news, downloads, forms, contact information, and public resources. Users must use the Website lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations and these Terms.

You may not use the Website to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system

4. MIS Access and Use

The MIS is a restricted access system intended only for authorized users who hold valid credentials. Authorized users include:

  • Registered workers and employees eligible for grants
  • Registered companies and their authorized representatives (CEO/DEO)
  • Panel schools and their administrators
  • WWF officials and authorized personnel

By logging in to the MIS, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to access the data and services provided through the system
  • All information provided during registration is accurate and current
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You will not share your account with others or attempt to bypass security controls

Access may be suspended or terminated if credentials are shared, misused, or used in violation of these Terms. WWF reserves the right to monitor system usage and take appropriate action against unauthorized or improper use.

5. Registration and User Obligations

Users of the MIS must register with accurate personal and organizational details. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration
  • Update your information promptly if any changes occur
  • Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify WWF immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

False or misleading information provided during registration may result in account suspension, rejection of grant applications, or legal action.

6. Grant Applications and Claims

Users may submit applications for various grants through the MIS, including:

  • Educational grants for workers' children
  • Marriage grants for eligible workers or dependents
  • Death grants for families of deceased workers
  • Estate grants for housing schemes
  • Hajj grants for eligible workers

By submitting an application, you acknowledge that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You meet the eligibility criteria for the grant
  • You understand that applications are subject to review and approval
  • WWF reserves the right to verify information and request additional documentation
  • False or fraudulent applications may result in legal consequences

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, including text, graphics, logos, forms, downloadable materials, software, and system design, is protected by intellectual property rights owned or licensed by Workers Welfare Fund or the Government of Pakistan. Users may not:

  • Reproduce, modify, or distribute materials from the Website or MIS without express written consent
  • Use WWF trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components
  • Create derivative works based on the system's design or functionality

Limited use of materials for personal, non-commercial purposes related to grant applications is permitted. Any other use requires prior written authorization from WWF.

8. Acceptable Conduct

Users must not engage in activities that:

  • Disrupt or interfere with site operation, security, or performance
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or unauthorized code
  • Harvest data, scrape content, or use automated tools without authorization
  • Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas or data
  • Violate the privacy or rights of other users
  • Use the system for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and WWF reserves the right to pursue legal remedies as appropriate.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected through the Website or MIS is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Users agree to the collection and use of their data as described in that policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as necessary to provide services, process grant applications, and comply with legal obligations.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

While efforts are made to ensure accuracy and reliability, Workers Welfare Fund does not warrant that:

  • Information provided on the Website or MIS is error-free, complete, or up-to-date
  • The system will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or harmful components
  • Grant applications will be approved or processed within any specific timeframe
  • All features will be available at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WWF disclaims all liability for damages arising from use of these services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Users acknowledge that they use the services at their own risk.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Workers Welfare Fund, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Website or MIS
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of any rights of another party
  • False or fraudulent information provided during registration or grant applications

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the MIS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Users agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan, and consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Modifications to Terms

Workers Welfare Fund may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, technology, legal requirements, or system enhancements. Continued use of the Website or MIS after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Users will be notified of significant changes through appropriate platform notifications, email, or prominent notices on the Website where feasible. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
